10 Productivity Hacks With Gmail
1. Create infinite aliases
- Use the + sign to create unlimited aliases. Suppose if your email is sridivaker@gmail.com then you can use the following as example
- For work: sridivaker+work@gmail.com
- For Newsletters: sridvaker+newsletters@gmail.com
2. Send Larger Attachments via Gmail
- When you are sending a file you can add attachments in gmail upto 25MB, but if you have larger files than 25MB
- Then click compose, click on GDrive and choose your file, click insert and when ready send the file
3. Autoload new email on Archive
- Auto-advance allows you to move directly to the next email in the list after you delete, archive or mute an email.
- No more clicking on email to open it
4. Schedule email
- Schedule an email for a specific time with just 2 clicks
